The Galilean village of the first sign — water into wine at a wedding (John 2:1-11); Nathanael's hometown too (John 21:2), which salts his 'can anything good come out of Nazareth?' with local rivalry. The site is disputed: Kafr Kanna, on the pilgrim route near Nazareth, has the churches; Khirbet Qana, across the Bet Netofa valley, has the better archaeology (first-century village, stone vessels, early pilgrim cave). Coordinates below take Khirbet Qana, marked approximate.
