To GROW BEYOND MEASURE — auxanō, 'to grow', with the intensifying prefix hyper, 'over, above'; a rare double-compound that occurs nowhere else in the Greek Bible and may have been coined for the sentence it stands in. ⚠ At 2 Thessalonians 1:3 it is what the Thessalonians' faith is doing — 'growing beyond all measure' — paired with pleonazō, 'to overflow', of their love.
