GREEN, PALE, SICKLY-YELLOW — the same word used of green grass elsewhere in the New Testament (Mark 6:39), spanning a color range English and Spanish split on differently. ⚠ Every English version compared here reads the fourth horse 'pale,' with no disagreement among them; both Spanish versions compared read 'amarillo'/'amarillento,' yellow or yellowish — the two language-shelves diverging from each other rather than within themselves.
