To HAVE IN FULL — and specifically the word written on RECEIPTS in Greek commercial papyri: 'paid in full', nothing further owing. Philippians 4:18 uses it of the gift Epaphroditus brought ('I have all of it in full'), which is one link in a sustained chain of accounting language through the chapter — an account of giving and receiving (v15), fruit to your account (v17).
